Off the bike: Elizabeth has been a long distance runner her entire adult life. She started running marathons after graduating from college and eventually moved onto ultramarathons, competing in races across the globe while living in London and Switzerland. While training for her first ultramarathon back in 2007, Elizabeth found that her body couldn't handle all of the miles but she needed the endurance so she found her go to activity to be indoor cycling. While still running 60+ miles per week, she supplemented her running with 3 indoor cycling classes a week along stairclimbing, rowing and yoga. Elizabeth's passion for sports runs deep and most of her spare time was spent competing and training for races...and cheering on the Buckeyes and the Indians.
On the bike: Elizabeth's classes are music-centric. She spends countless hours perfectly curating playlists to inspire the clients to be their best. Her favorite part of the class is the tabata workout...short recovery and great results! Elizabeth is loving Carrie Underwood's "Champion" and anything Bruno, Ed Sheeran, P!nk but it wouldn't be a great playlist if there wasn't a little 90s Hip Hop !
Hobbies: Elizabeth and her husband Kirk love to travel, eat great food and drink great wine.
Hometown: Three Lakes, WI
Off the Bike: Stacey obtained her master's and bachelor's degrees and learned how much she loved to spin in college! She works full time as an athletic trainer in the community. When not working or studying to go back to school, Stacey loves spending time outdoors with her family and occasionally competing in races (distance running, obstacle races, and triathlons are her jam!)
On the Bike: You will definitely hear an eclectic mix of music, from old to new and everything in between. Lots of intervals will get your blood pumping and push your limits!
Guilty Pleasure: Ice cream!

Before Studio 715: Brian is an accomplished road cyclist who thought that spinning on a trainer at home was a great way to stay in shape for actual riding, and that there was no need to go to a spin class. But what Brian discovered is that indoor cycling could only improve his outdoor riding. The results over hte past 3 years have been significant as he found that the intensity of the class was much more of a workout than he would ever achieve at home. The added bonus of working out with new and old friends raises the experience to a new level.
In the Studio: Brian leads a fun ride but more importantly a challenge for his clients. He always encourage you to push yourself to new limits, while making you smile and sing along. Even if it is through gritted teeth... His playlists vary widely, so you never know what kind of music you're in for.
Outside the Studio: If it involves a bike, Brian is in. He still considers himself primarily a road cyclist, but has really gotten into mountain biking and snow biking in the past two years.
Guilty pleasure: Pizza... It's not very often. And dark chocolate...

Off the Bike - Kari began to exercise out of necessity in my 30’s. Necessity quickly developed into an undeniable passion when she realized she was at her best and happiest when healthy and active. Since then,Kari is game for just about anything whether it’s circuit training, yoga, a good run on a beautiful day or hitting the bike. Kari's openness to finding new ways to stay fit led her to Studio 715 and to Elizabeth. It was love at first sweat, so to speak, and the rest is history. Kari is Mom to 4 pretty amazing kids who always keep life interesting. She loves spending time with her handsome husband whenever they can grab a moment, watching her kids participate in sports and enjoying a glass of wine with her dearest friends.
In the Saddle - She's all about the complete experience. The music, the energy, feeling strong and leaving Studio 715 feeling like you can conquer anything the world throws at you! Kari encourages riders to work at a level they are comfortable with, but to also challenge themselves whenever possible. Kari's music selections are eclectic and promise to always make for a great ride! She encourages riders to dig deep for an individual best calorie burn or mile accomplishment but to also soak up the energy and experience of the community of athletes around them. Individually, we are undeniably strong but together we are fiercely amazing!
