Hometown:  Columbus, Ohio

Off the bike:  Elizabeth has been a long distance runner her entire adult life.  She started running marathons after graduating from college and eventually moved onto ultramarathons, competing in races across the globe while living in London and Switzerland. While training for her first ultramarathon back in 2007, Elizabeth found that her body couldn't handle all of the miles but she needed the endurance so she found her go to activity to be indoor cycling.  While still running 60+ miles per week, she supplemented her running with 3 indoor cycling classes a week along stairclimbing, rowing and yoga.  Elizabeth's passion for sports runs deep and most of her spare time was spent competing and training for races...and cheering on the Buckeyes and the Indians.  

On the bike:  Elizabeth's classes are music-centric. She spends countless hours perfectly curating playlists to inspire the clients to be their best.  Her favorite part of the class is the tabata workout...short recovery and great results!  Elizabeth is loving Carrie Underwood's "Champion" and anything Bruno, Ed Sheeran, P!nk but it wouldn't be a great playlist if there wasn't a little 90s Hip Hop !

Hobbies:  Elizabeth and her husband Kirk love to travel, eat great food and drink great wine.
